JUST 3 MILES FROM TEXAS A&M CAMPUS! Perfect place to hang with your family and friends for graduations, game days, parents' weekends, new student conferences, etc.

The Howdy Half-Acre has quick access to Texas Avenue and Hwy 6, yet sits on a half acre with oak trees, bordered with a creek and a green belt for peace and quiet.

Living area features TWO full couches and a dining table that seats 8. And the back deck has 10 deck chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings watching and listening to all the birds; or later in the day to enjoy the shade and tranquility of the huge oak trees.

Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully outfitted with coffee and 2 coffee pots (a lovely selection of K-cups or a full pot), George Foreman Grill, toaster, microwave, cookware, utensils, crock pot, blender, and a COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF WINE from Messina Hof, the local winery.
BREAKFAST is also provided -- waffles and fruit in the freezer; and pancake mix, Kind bars, and oatmeal in the pantry.

NEW 4-burner propane grill with all the tools!

Bathrooms have granite counter tops, tile floors, luxurious towels.

The "Legacy Room" features a king-size Sleep Number Bed, 2 end tables and lamps, an upholstered chair, and a desk with chair. It features canvasses depicting the 4 generations of Aggies in our family. Sliding glass doors open onto the back deck.

The "You are My Sunshine Room" has a luxurious queen bed with butter yellow appointments.

The "Oak and Feather" room has two comfy twin beds. The photos hanging on the wall are just some of the numerous bird species we have seen while relaxing on the back deck.

TAMU Graduation

This was an amazing place! Super clean and had all the amenities. The deck was beautiful and a perfect place if you want to have a small gathering. Beautifully decorated for Aggies and a great getaway for football games or graduations, ring dunks, etc. The host was so gracious and and quick to respond. We won't hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect family getaway!

Very clean and awesome for a family visit to College Station. The large backyard was a great place for my boys to play catch and run around playing tag. The location was very convenient to access the highway and to get around town very easily.

Location was great and close to our son's home. Place was very clean and appeared as in the photos. Only issue was that the TV did not have good reception - so we were unable to watch football on Saturday.

What a Treat! Cheers to Host!

We stayed for a weekend to attend the Troubedore Festival. Almost all of us were alum from A&M (all except my husband!) We had such a good time. The house fit all of our needs and the owners thought of everything. They had directions for when something may be in question and labels to help us locate and identify what we needed. What makes this property unique

We LOVE the peace and tranquility of this property that is in such close proximity to the Texas A&M campus, Texas Avenue, and Hwy 6. The huge living area makes it a perfect place for your family and friends to gather for graduations, game days, Aggie Ring weekends, Parents' Weekends, etc. Ten deck chairs on the back deck take the visiting time outdoors, where there is a grouping of huge oaks, and plenty of room for Frisbee, touch football, and other outdoor activities.
