Ready to relax to the sounds of the sea? Here is your amazing beachfront condo just steps to the water, located on the beautiful island of Kauai. This amazing oceanfront Kuhio Shores villa is located in Poipu on the south shore of Kauai. Our building is rare because It is one of the closest to the water units you can stay at in all of Hawaii! Our recently remodeled unit #116 is a ground floor unit which allows access to the beautiful lawn where you can sit in one of our three provided beach chairs, relax and enjoy the scenery from sunrise to sunset right off the lanai. We also have snorkel equipment and a short 2 minute walk from the lanai and you are at one of the best snorkeling beaches on Kauai. Our place has the standard appliances (including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave), brand new K cup coffee maker with a handful of Cups to get you going. We also have a drip coffee machine if you prefer. BBQ area in the parking lot. We have new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops, vinyl bamboo flooring, brand new sofa bed and living room chairs, and a private master bedroom with a California King mattress. AIR CONDITIONING is installed in the master bedroom only, which is nice on those hot summer nights. One thing we truly enjoy though are the tradewinds that blow through the windows and doors when they are open creating a comfortable flow through the villa and the sounds of the surf without AC. Picture yourself here with your favorite beverage watching the turtles, surfers, and colorful sunsets as hundreds of parrots fly over head every evening. PARADISE FOUND!

Kuhio Shores is a dream. It is absolute paradise and the perfect place for my husband and I to honeymoon. The condo is adorable, clean, and was well stocked with beach related items. The lanai was our favorite part and where we started and ended each day. We were able to see many turtles and dolphins in the mornings. If you’re looking to snorkel, this is also the perfect place to stay as the best snorkeling spot (in our opinion) on the island is just a short walk away to lawai beach."

Location, Location, Location!!! My wife and I spent 6 nights at the property. Very cozy accommodations and furnished with everything we needed. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing ocean breezes was so restful. We became quite fond of the 6 am rooster alarm so we never missed a sunrise. Tyler was very responsive to a small request.

It was exceptionally clean, cozy, and the view from the patio was absolutely beautiful—we spent every morning and evening enjoying it.The included beach gear was a huge bonus. Amazing condo, better host! Tyler was super responsive and took great care of us. Coffee on the lanai for sunrise, watching the surfers and waves crash right outside your back door was super cool. Great restaurant 200 feet from the condo, hiking, shopping and everything you need within 5 minutes. Will be back!

Excellent location; quiet and relaxing. The snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were much appreciated. The Beach House Restaurant next door is very nice, good food.

Surfing Turtles Dude

Host Tyler was helpful and provided thoughtful touches for convenience and fun in his studio. The best part was the incredible view and location. I spent hours watching turtles and people surfing, and looking at the stars. There is also an excellent fine dining restaurant just next door, and great tide pooling. 10/10 would stay again. Yes you mentioned two great things that aren't talked about much on here, the tide pooling and star gazing. We once saw an eel stuck in a pool at low tide and watched him slither across dry reef to get to next pool! Night time star gazing is by far one of my favorite things to do, the advantage of our first floor villa is that you can lay on the grass just steps from the lanai and enjoy the view. Mahalo Tamara
