A lovely condo overlooking the blue Pacific. Fully equipped and furnished by the owners with much attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen is both lovely and very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. You will want to visit the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to include in your culinary creations.

Take in wonderful ocean views from indoors as well as from your private lanai. Watch for humpback whales in winter, and playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round. It’s just a short walk to beautiful Poipu Beaches nearby.

World-famous Poipu Beach Park, Spouting Horn and the National Tropical Botanical Gardens are all close by. Just past the Grand Hyatt in Poipu is a great hiking trail. There are many activities near-by to enjoy seasonal swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, boat tours and flight seeing aboard helicopters.
For days you feel like staying close to home, you can always lounge by the swimming pool and take a refreshing dip whenever you please.

Fall Asleep listening to ocean waves!

The house was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed—plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, even beach gear. The vibe was really relaxed and the décor had that nice island feel that made it extra special.There’s no A/C, but honestly, we loved it during the day The breeze flows through the house and the ceiling fans kept it cool, when there was crosswinds. It felt nice to enjoy the fresh air instead of being sealed up inside. Only suggestion is to place a portable AC unit in master bedroom. To use when there aren’t any crosswinds.The location was awesome—quiet and peaceful but close enough to beaches, food spots, and fun things to do. The hosts were super friendly and even left us a welcome basket with local treats. That was such a nice surprise!If you're looking for a chill Hawaiian getaway, this is the spot. We’d totally stay here again!

Noise

Easy to enjoy. Some of the tenants are older and set in there ways. Husband was on the phone by the pool and his voice carries and is loud. He got lectured about that. We’re kind of on edge about noise and such. We are quiet and non parties. Didn’t complain about a jack hammer going all day on the next door unit.

Six-minute drive to the Kukui’ula shops and eight minutes to Sueoka Market and Old Koloa Town. Easy day trips to Waimea Canyon and Hanalei Bay.Older building, but the unit’s kitchen, bathroom and flooring have all been nicely updated. It’s clean, well equipped and quiet. The pool appears to be well maintained. The designated parking space and elevator were a plus. Shout out to Kauai Vacation Rentals management for providing great service.

We thought we would try a condo this time and Sunset Kahili 506 got great reviews. After a weeks stay I totally agree! The condo was fantastic and we had a wonderful time! It is everything that the description describes plus more. We began and ended ours days sitting on the lani with its spectacular views watching the sun rise and set. So peaceful. The unit was super clean and well stocked (the kitchen was better stocked than mine at home). The location is within walking distance to many wonderful experiences. If you want a low key, quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the condo for you. The folks at Kauai Vacation Rentals should give classes to other businesses on customer service, because they are the best. Great communication, easy checkin and checkout process and a condo that exceeded our expectations. I also appreciate the fast refund of our security deposit after our stay. First class all the way!

A week in paradise watching the HONU play

Awesome view!!

The view was amazing! In the first two days we saw whales, spinner dolphins, turtles and monk seals. The kitchen was well equipped except for a cork screw. Had to go buy a cork screw. We left it so future renters don't get here after traveling all day and find they can't open their wine ! Overall great place and a very nice pool area.

Great Location

Had a great stay here with beautiful ocean views. Very quiet area, but walking distance to beach and a few restaurants. My wife's only complaint was there could have been more toilet paper/shampoo, etc...I would return to this unit in a second though.
