When you arrive you are greeted by the spectacular view of the The secluded three-acre property is one the edge of two-mile long Great Island nature reserve, offering the kind of privacy that is almost unheard of on the East Coast of America. The property has a a dock and a boat house that leads to the Connecticut River and more than 1,000 acres of beaches and federally protected habitats for osprey, and a vast array for birds, and fish that gather at the mouth of the river that leads to Long Island Sound.

Days are filled with swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, crabbing, hiking and exploring. At breakfast and dinner you will experience breathtaking sunsets and sunrises and some of the best views on the U.S. East Coast. Some have likened it to being on the African savanna because of the vast expanses.

It's all is accessible by boat or kayak, but not cars.

The property is a perfect launch pad for some of the finest fishing, hiking, kayaking in the world. You can fish for striped bass, blue fish, fluke, black sea bass, flounder and more.stripers, blue fish, etc. You can expect to eat fish every day caught from the sea.
