NO PARTIAL MONTH RENTALS JAN-MARCH 1 bedroom condo on second floor at 2 story bldg. no one above, fully furnished, elevator about 65 feet away, queen bed in a bedroom flip couch that turns into full size bed, in living room full size fridge, microwave, oven, in kitchen, pots and pans, utensils, etc, 50 inch internet TV in living room, 32 inch TV in bedroom, walk inn shower 3 inch step from floor to shower, washer and dryer in unit, small balcony 4x7 ft off bedroom, tile floor living room kitchen area,carpet in bedroom. Close to all west valley MEDICALPLACES del webb, boswell, hospitals etc. INTERNET IS NOT FOR GAMING,if you go over monthly limit data of 1200 MBPS,every 10 MBPS is $15 extra.

I am giving this review as a property manager for multiple vrbo properties. I know vrbo has standards and this one slipped through cracks this unit is only fit for the normal market price of a month to month.(950)compared to others for rent here.The only reason for 2 stars is because of quite complex and pool. At first glance of unit it would be acceptable for our 6 week stay. I'll start with fixtures, fridge every 5-20 min rattles for a long time, microwave sounds like its either going to blow up or just fall off wall and totally messes up tvs. Toilet 2 flushes for urine 3-4 for fecal. at some point the owner in stead of fixing countertop and shower floor they just put garage floor epoxy coating on them( horrible). FURNITURE. nothing in the unit was under 50 years old. couches so old and uncomfortable has to use pillows under our butts and still ended up hurting. tv remotes needed new batteries and still barely worked. bed frame could tell how it was broke and put back together by someone not skilled. Shower curtain so old and moldy had to go buy new liner and actually washed curtain multiple times(the little things matter. Mattress-50 years? very uncomfortable! I ended up sleeping on floor multiple nights. Now our biggest concern was when we cleaned sheets we noticed plastic cover, 3 fitted sheets, bed topper than another fitted sheet and flat sheet. We were to scared to see what was really being covered up. So if not for quite,pool, and in unit laundry it is only 1 Star!

Dealing e Hoskins lymphoma I was very sick but was able to rent a condo for three months in Surprise as late as Nov 4. Though it didn’t have the amenities that Sun City had it did have a pool and on site restaurant. The condo itself was very nice
