Host was quick to reply to a text question. Place was clean and quiet. Master bedroom and balcony face (busy) Bell Road which we didn’t mind. Living room TV is a Roku TV so easy to sign into your own subscriptions. Would be nice if master bedroom TV would have been as well.Washer and dryer are nice oversized but not stackable as picture showed and very hard for short person to get clothes out of washer . Our family is only 5 minutes away and we would consider staying again IF beds were more comfortable. Maybe a nice king in the master and newer more comfortable twin in extra room.That was our only negative.

Great location

The unit is located in a great area with access to all that Sun City, Sun City West and Syrprise has to offer. Unit was clean and all needed amenities available to us. It is a basic unit with only amenity us a pool. But owner rents in 30 day increments. Only negative was that elevator was not working forb5 days during our 30 day stsy.

Condo was about the same from last two years staying there. However this year there was only one pot to cook in and there wasn’t any salt or pepper! Elevator was broken first two weekends and the hot tub didn’t heat one morning.

Beautiful and uncomplicated :)

The contact in advance was friendly and fast, the handover of the apartment very simple and uncomplicated , which is perfect if you arrive even by a late flight very late. The location is great and the apartment as seen in the pictures. Gladly again !
