This is a superb detached villa with golf frontage and outstanding views. The property offers very spacious accommodation with a huge basement with dining area, bar with space for games table, sitting room and then doors leading to a totally private Andalucian courtyard with lovely traditional doors, there is also a utility room and store. The further accommodation includes hall, fitted kitchen, living dining room, 4 bedrooms 2 with en suites and bathroom. There are terraces and lovely freeform pool as well as private gardens.

The friendly resort as well as having Europe's only desert golf course offers an excellent range of facilities including restaurants and bars. Other sporting facilities include well equipped gym, tennis courts, padel courts and trim/running trail. It is unique in its architecture and is within close proximity to beaches and local towns providing an excellent range of amenities.
