Family trip to Florence

Beautiful apartment with amazing location. The 5th floor walkup is doable and the air conditioning is great. The water pressure is very weak with it being the top floor and there tends to be a lot of noise at night. Great for the right group!

Great stay but many add ons

The location was perfect. The space was beautiful and so comfortable. The only disappointment was when we go there we had to pay them directly, not through VRBO. Then we had to pay city taxes in addition. Then I got a bill later for the utilities we used. Never had that.

Amazing

The perfect location with Italian charm! The morning bells from the neighboring towers were such a treat and left no doubt you were in the heart of the city! Just steps outside the front door you have the city….. just pick a direction and head out to explore. We felt safe and part of the community very quickly. The stairs up to the apartment are not for the faint so be prepared and pack light!!! Book this apartment if you are able! You will be so glad you did!

Chaotic place beautiful view

The view is spectacular. The shower drain was clogged and giving off a sewage smell through the apartment. The check in process was horrible and all over the place. I called when we were 30minutes out. Nobody was there to let us in and I called again and had to do the check in process over again. Took about a hour of sitting there until we were finally let in. The view is amazing. Bedrooms were “clean” but didn’t feel clean. When we got there a left over water bottle was on the counter and the host threw it into the cabinet. Which clearly means it wasn’t cleaned throughly. Overall I would stay here again simply because of the view but be ward of the other problems. You’re paying for the view. Not the apartment.
