Villa le Croci is a classic example of a Tuscan country home, surrounded by a majestic landscape that has remained unchanged since the days when Leonardo da Vinci and Botticelli were inspired to paint it. The villa offers breathtaking views of olive groves, vineyards, farmhouses, and, in the distance, the Apuan Mountains.

The Apartment at Villa delle Croci is part of a larger villa but features its own private entrance. This apartment has three parking spaces, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a small but functional and fully equipped kitchen, a sitting and dining area, and, of course, lovely terraces surrounded by gardens overlooking the valleys of San Casciano and Montespertoli.

Guest Access
This listing is for a private apartment located on the second floor of the villa. The owner lives on the ground floor and will not be accessing the second floor. The second-floor apartment has its own entrance and shares the garden and pool.

Other things to keep in mind
Central heating is not included in the price but will be billed separately.

Each air conditioning unit has its own metering system and will be billed separately.

In the fridge, you’ll find: water, bread, jam, eggs, and milk.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome drink.

Guests staying for more than 5 days will be treated to a welcome dinner, including wine, on their first evening.

A cleaning service every 7 days is included.
