On-site amenities: 2 heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, ice rink (converts to 2nd outdoor heated pool in summer), state-of-the-art fitness club with mountain and river views, Solstice North Day Spa, game room, horse-drawn sleigh rides, La Vista Restaurant and Bar, Seven Birches Winery. For your convenience, RiverWalk offers complimentary winter shuttle service to Loon Mountain (drop-off locations at Governor's Lodge and Octagon Lodge).

We also own the unit next door and both can be rented together as one. See VRBO listing 884602. Cleaning fee of $35 is for a one time cleaning. Daily cleaning is available at a rate of $18 per day. Please specify if you would like daily cleanings before reserving.

Beautiful Property

The entire property is wonderful, the room was clean and had an awesome view of the mountain from the balcony. Heated swim out pool was amazing during the chilly nights. Good access to most attractions in the area. Will stay again.

Great Stay

We had an amazing trip! The property itself is great. Lots of amenities and close to the mountain. Town has many shops and restaurants. Lots to do in the area. Overall the room was great. It’s a bit small but fine for just the two of us. I think the description should be updated though as it’s advertised as a 1-bedroom but it’s really a studio but would definitely stay again in the future.

Great resort. Questionable cleanliness between guests.

There is no dishwasher. So there were dirty cups and sticky substance on the silverware. The thick Down blanket had a textured spot on it looking like it wasn’t washed. There was also a white substance on the bathroom wall so I don’t think they thoroughly clean in between guests. But the resort itself is amazing. The room has a nice view of the mountains and is right off the elevator.

Glorious mountain retreat!

We have been coming to Lincoln NH on and off for over 30 years, when riverwalk was built, i knew i had to come back with my family? And so happy that we did. Renting through a private owner from VRBO is the best option to stay cost friendly, the resort offers so much, 2 heated outdoor pools( the big one converts to an ice rink in the winter) 2 hot tubs 1 in 1 out, their own Vinyard, fresh veggie and herb garden, workout room, play room, a restaurant that does breakfast in the mornings, and fine dining at night, a winery, the next building over theu have another restaurant where they have a tasting of their wines. Incredible mountain views from throughout the property....the pemigawasset river in their back yard, close to everything. Great destination for foodies, outdoorsy people. So much to do in the area, ice castles in the winter, whales tale water park in the summer(roughly 7min drive from the resort) clarks trading post. Even if you choose to come here and stay at the resort and relax and lounge out. You won't have to leave the property and still have a great time

very clean property

We had a great time in Lincoln. Our accommodations were very nice with a great view of the mountains. There is grocery store just next door which was convenient for groceries. We did a wine tasting within the resort which was fun. The only downfall, IMO, was the on site restaurant. Dinner was mediocre. I wouldn't go there again except for having an evening cocktail. The bartender was great. The day we were leaving, we went in to have breakfast. The hostess was very arrogant and rude. They couldn't accommodate us, which was fine, but he didn't need to be a jerk onto of it.

A great stay in the White Mountains

The condo was really nice, very clean and had everything we needed like dishes, glasses, utensils, towels toiletries, etc. The resort was also great and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the arcade. The location is beautiful, with the balcony looking out at the back of Loon mountain. The river runs right behind the resort and we spent one day walking along the path and hopping in the the river at different places. Lincoln is a nice little town with several great places to eat. We had a great meal at the common man restaurant and at the pizza place across the street. We found a bakery in the small mall right in front of the resort that had good coffee and breakfast stuff. We have been to the white mountains many times, but this was our first stay at this condo/resort. We would recommend it 100% and we will be back.

Awesome!

Th River Walk is a fantastic resort and much needed, as most options in Lincoln are extremely dated. This place has it all, perfect for families! We will definitely be back again!
