Sand Dollars - 5mins to beach, huge lot, pet friendly and boat parking!

Welcome to "Sand Dollar!" This property was just purchased, and I cannot wait to share it with you! Sleeps 9 guests and includes 4 bunks.

Are you a boater and want to bring it on your stay? There is plenty of room in the driveway, and the nearest boat ramp is 2 minutes away!
The closest beach is a 4.5 minute drive to the heart of Ocean Isle.

As you walk into the home, you will be greeted by a large foyer that has a pub style game table for your puzzles and games. To the left is the "master retreat;" did someone say "soaker tub!?" It's large to enjoy a relaxing soak with a glass of wine. The family room offers a large screen TV over the mantel and huge sectional. In the dining room and kitchen area you will find an inviting fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry. Down the hall you will find the full size washer & dryer along with the Queen bedroom and bunk room which share a connecting full bathroom.

On the back porch, enjoy the sounds of wildlife with a margarita before you hit up Ocean Isle for dinner.

Awesome place to stay for a beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollars! It was perfect for our family and our dogs. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping centers. Very convenient, very comfortable, and affordable. We have stayed here before and we will be back. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful trip!

This house was perfect for us this past weekend. Down for my son’s wedding and only 5 minutes to beach. Nice spacious clean home! Great to be able to bring our old dog with us. Thank you! We will be back!!!

Nice family beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very open and spacious. Perfect for our family with the master bedroom and huge bathroom on one end and two nice spacious bedrooms at the other end. Well stocked kitchen. Our fur baby loves the large yard. Nice little neighborhood.Only a quick drive over the bridge to get to the beach.

Wedding Weekend

We had a lovely stay. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and plenty of dishware available. Setting was quiet and private. We were able to rest and prep for family wedding without care. Oh yes, and the 2 fur pups loved the outdoors. We would stay again.

Family wedding

The property was the perfect location to attend a family wedding at Sunset Beach Park and the wedding reception at the Isles in Ocean Isle Beach. The kitchen was equipped with many amenities which made preparing meals effortlessly. Check-in was simple and the house was clean and cozy. My only suggestion would be to have extra blankets available in each bedroom.

Sanddollar in Ocean Isle Beach

We booked this location to attend my daughter's wedding at Brick Landing Plantation, the property was very clean and WAY more spacious than the pictures depict - a great space for sure. Communication with the property manager was fantastic, they were very attentive to my questions and getting me the contracts and details in a very timely manner. To add, the neighborhood is very quiet with the HOA president and his wife directly across the street - very nice folks!! If it is an event or simply a beach get away this is a good choice.

The check-in was easy. The house itself is roomy and clean. This is the first VRBO that we have been to that the beds/linens were clean. The neighborhood is nice. Work needs to be done on the floor between the washroom, bathroom, and back bedrooms. There is a huge dip. We placed a basket as a marker so as not to step in that spot for fear of injury to us and/or more damage to the floor. The dishwasher’s detergent dispenser is broken. The stove does not work well. There are instructions on how to turn it on. However, the burners will not warm up. The plumbing needs work. The toilets clog very easy and the tub in the master bath gurgles when the dishwasher is running. Sounds like water is backed up. Our daughter sent a message over the app about the dishwasher and the owner was very kind and replied in a reasonable amount of time. These sound like major problems, but we were able to work around it and still enjoyed our stay. The owners are kind and whoever cleans the house should teach other VRBO cleaners what to do. It was nice to be able to lay in a clean bed after traveling for 16 hours. The instructions for check-out are also very simple. It was nice to rent a VRBO with plenty of towels/wash cloths provided. They even provide hangers.

Nothing better than a beach neighborhood. No HOA so you can bring all your toys...boats, etc! Every laid back and large lots so there is plenty of space but still only 5mins from the action at the beach!
