The condo has an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. It is also equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a door that opens to a private balcony perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Complimentary linens, towels and departure housekeeping service included with every rental.

The place is beautiful- located on a golf course. Centrally located near Sunset Beach and not far from Ocean Isle.The area is gorgeous. Great place to stay when you truly need to get away to relax. Its truly peaceful.

This was my 3rd time I’ve stayed here and it was excellent. The only thing is the toilet seat needs to be changed, when the paint starts to wear off on one side, It’s time to change it. Other than that I had a great experience.
