This newly constructed property is the home of four individual town homes, each with it's own private patio and outdoor living area. This home is situated just steps away from the Harbour Island Marina and two minutes away from the world famous Pink Sands Beach. Combining the flare of island charm and modern features, this home has been tastefully decorated while providing the comfort of your own home. Some of the features include Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Surround System, Central Air Conditioning, Back Up Generator, Outdoor Entertaining Space including a grill for family social gatherings and a shared pool. This four bedroom, three and a half bath home is perfect for a quiet island get away with hopes of creating lifetime memories at our little peace of heaven.

We had a cute stay here. The ac didn’t work in our house and quickly got transferred to another house. They arranged golf carts for us. Easy to communicate with!

Family reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a little bit away from everything but the townhome was new and very spacious!! Would highly recommend, especially if you have a golf cart to get around.

Fun in the sun

Weather was great all week so we were able to enjoy the pool and beach. Island food was amazing - people very helpful and so nice all around. Cleaning staff at the house was great and kept the place well maintained. It would have been helpful if the home owner had given a list of recommended restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Nice townhouse

Nice townhouse, good amount of space and pretty comfortable. Safe area, but construction site across the street and route between house and beach being full of semi-abandoned and inconsistent housing was a bit unexpected. Wish there had been more natural light in the house. Even the outdoor patio was always dark/ fully shaded. Pool area nice, secluded. Owner very prompt with responses to issues once we arrived. No issues that weren’t quickly fixed.

Amazing vacation

From start to finish our stay at Harbour Shotes was amazing. It was an absolutely perfect accommodation for a family of 6 — including 2 young children. There was lots of space for everyone . The premises were cleaned daily — inside and out. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The manager was very attentive and answered any questions promptly if needed. The building was very sound proof — at no time did we hear other guests. We all loved the pool — often we were the only ones in the large heated pool which was kept spotlessly clean. All in all it was a superb week. I’m looking forward to booking at Harbour Shores again next year

Amazing experience!

Great experience all around. Managers were responsive before and during our stay, she even arranged for golf carts to be delivered to the townhouse. The townhouse is new and impecable with plenty of rooms for my kids to have their own space and not fight. The listing didn’t specify that it’s a 3 level, with 2 master rooms. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, clean and fluffy towels, mattresses were great, no bugs, 2 bikes and beach chairs, umbrellas in the garage, great Wi-Fi and board games for the kids. Pool was great and grill was clean and working. Cleaning lady came in every week day and she was very nice. No complaints, only praises!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Spacious and modern townhouse

We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious, beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom townhouse on Harbour Island to celebrate a special Birthday. There is a lovely and very private pool area and we were a 5 minute golf cart ride to the spectacular pink sand beach. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice property. High end finishes and furniture.

Property is new. Have all amenities shown in the pictures. Pool area is nice. Grill is new and works well. Patio area is very nice for each unit. In a quite area of town. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. More than enough of everything that was needed for four adult guests. Can easily handle 8 guests. Bedrooms are all good sized and storage is great. The water system is still being refined so the water was over chlorinated.
