Relax in this 1200 square foot, beachfront, fully furnished Condo with an unobstructed view of water and a side view of the SS Lexington and Downtown Corpus Christi. Breathtaking sunrise over the water greets you every morning. Within 5 minutes of Texas State Aquarium and 10 minutes to Portland.

Located on North Beach, just 15 minutes from the Airport and close to Portland, Rockport and other small coastal towns. Area known for bird watching, fishing, and windsurfing.

Fish off the jetty (short walk) or wade fishing right outside your door. Fresh seafood at many local restaurants or take a short mid morning drive over the Harbor Bridge to the T-Heads to meet the fishing and shrimp boats to purchase their daily catch. Once you prepare your food, eat on the balcony(seats 4 on round table with seating for additional 2 on bar stool and table).

Boardwalk at T-Heads you can rent bicycles, skates, and sail boats. Charter deep sea fishing or Group Bay Boat Tours also available.

The Condo has 35 units of mostly owner occupied units. Nice peaceful surroundings. Winter Texans come back year after year and develop a sense of community with friendly owners.

Heated pool faces ocean with gated entrance. Shower located at private gate to/from the beach area to clean off sand.

Condo is very well maintained. Maid service available on a weekly basis for an additional $100 charge.

Great getaway to relax but still close to other tourist and city activities! The best of both worlds!

The ocean front view was awesome and the beach was nice and quiet. The unit was very clean and the pool was warm. The only negative is that the unit needs to be updated-the bathrooms as well as the kitchen cabinets.

Relaxation Was Key

Pictures and prior reviews were pretty much spot on IMO. While the location is an older building and not modern by some standards, this place was perfect for my family. Everything we needed was there, and the place was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Our 10 year old said the unit has “character.” We ate at Pier 99, Blackbeards and Fajitaville which were all right down the way. The beach is literally right there, and being here the last week of July of all things, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. We saw people daily at the beach, but this felt private and inclusive. I’m not a fan at all of crowds, and this spot on North Beach was secluded. USS Lexington and the Aquarium are both just minutes from the condo and are both worth seeing. Go in knowing this is not a 5-Star resort, rather a homey and comfortable place and you should enjoy it as we did.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The condo sat on a nice, quiet location on North Beach. We enjoyed the private beach access and having sand toys, beach chairs, towels, bodyboards, etc. to use. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool area as well. We did quite a bit of cooking and while the kitchen was fully stocked, some items were a little worn and needed replaced. Other than that, we had a great stay. Owner was very responsive and we would stay again if we were in the area.

We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of our unit. The beach view was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washer and dryer if we needed one. There were plenty of linens and the bed was comfortable.

This condo had everything we needed for an incredible beach stay! The beach views were amazing and my kids had a great time borrowing the boogie board, skim board and sand toys that the owner had there. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

Overall the property was nice, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. They had a lot of beach item to take and plenty of towels!!! Host was easy to contact and was very helpful! We noted a couple of issues… bathrooms could have used a more through cleaning. The guest sink was very slow to drain. However the biggest issue was with the mosquitoes. We want to the beach when we arrived and literally got ate up as we crossed the grassy area to get back to the condo. The pesky insects also prevented us from using the pool.

Great Place and a Great Host

Me, my wife and our two sons (recent college grads) recently stayed her right before Beryl hit. First off, Cindy as host was great as once it was known Beryl was headed that way, she immediately offered the option to check out early and get a refund. She was not obligated to do so but it was very much appreciated. In terms of the unit itself, it is exactly as pictured. It is comfortable, and Cindy also leaves out some nice extras like suntan lotion, bug spray, a little selection of spices, etc. The kitchen has all the.pots and pans and extra stuff you could need and having the dining room table was nice not just for meals but also for playing some games. The unit is on the beach and has a really nice view of the water. There is also nice outdoor furniture (4 chairs and a table) -- we did get to sit outside and read and play games. The building also has a nice pool which we used several times. The place is 10 minutes from Corpus Christi downtown and things we did like go to a Hooks game (the Astro AA affiliate) and the USS Lexington museum which was really well done. The unit is also only 20 minutes from Padre Island which we visited one night. It is a really nice comfortable unit and a great host if you are looking to spend time in the Corpus Christi area.

Great property

The property itself is perfect with an ocean. Our trip was not what we were hoping for to no fault of the owner but we were there during a tropical storm and the area flooded so bad we were unable to leave or go to the beach. The owner was very nice and allowed us to stay an extra night until the water receded enough to for us to be able to leave. The condo has a washer and dryer which is a huge plus. The beds are comfortable and furniture is nice. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook meals. Overall this is a great place and would have been a perfect vacation had we not been stranded. Very thankful to the owner for checking in on us and working with us through everything.

Breezy and Beautiful

This was a lovely property. Exactly as advertised. My goal was to be on the water so I had a view and this place was perfect. We could watch the ships go in/out of Corpus Christi Bay, wind surfers, beach walkers, etc. The North Beach beachwalk was right in front of our building and it was well taken care of by the city. A round trip on the sidewalk was about 3 miles. The bedrooms were very big and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The furniture was comfortable - not always true in a rental unit. We have rented many VRBO units and this one had more amenities than most. There was hand soap in each bathroom, salt/pepper, sugar, mosquito spray, hand sanitizer, etc. We were impressed by that too. Our one mishap was handled immediately and we were up and running in a couple hours! Thanks for making our winter away from the cold a pleasure.

I am very particular to have people who will take care of my place like it was their own. It is one of the nicest condo's on the property and I want to rent to folks who are responsible.

Why they chose this property

My parents and other family members live in this area and I wanted to have a place where I can be with family but also have my own ocean front place to relax. Now I use this condo strictly as a vacation rental. My goal is to make it not feel like a rental but your vacation home to create wonderful family memories. That is why we pay attention to details that will enhance your stay.

What makes this property unique

Many people come from all over to bird watch in this part of Texas. My place offers relaxation on the bay side of the beach as well as being close to Corpus Christi to take advantage of what the city has to offer.
