Family beach vacation condo just steps away from North Beach in Corpus Christi TX

The Villa Del Sol condominium complex is located right on the beach. Ride the trolley or walk to the Texas State Aquarium & the USS Lexington, Surf & Beach gift shops & local restaurants, some on the beach & within walking distance as well.

New to rentals in August 2014


Sleeps 6, however, because the units are small (420 sf), the HOA only allows no more than 4 adults max & 2 children.

The Villa Del Sol condominium was built in the 80’s so it is an older complex but it is still as popular now as it was back then. Also note, the condominium complex has had a recent major fire & has been undergoing some construction, mainly on the ground level & in another building but thankfully our unit was not affected.

Great stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean and they had everything that you would need for your stay. The walk to the beach was quick and short which made it perfect for little ones in tow. Would definitely return.

College orientation!

We enjoyed our stay. The property may have been under a bit of construction, but nothing that interfered with our stay. The office staff was very nice, the apartment was very clean and the view to the beach was nice!

Great Family Trip

Last trip before kids headed out to school and it was a blast. Owners had provided ample details on property and check in process making settling in smooth and flawless. Condo was very clean, well organized and had everything that was needed, including pool and beach supplies!! The condo was perfect; it’s close to beach and walking distance to USS Lexington and the Aquarium, as well as close proximity to restaurants/bar. Unfortunately, the jellyfish limited our time in the beach, which, of course, the owners have no control over. But despite that, we would definitely return for another stay.

Labor Day weekend

Loved the relaxation, my grandkids gave everything a thumbs up and most definitely want to come back. The weekend turned out to be a rainy so we stayed in and played board games. Only negative was the elevator being broken so I got a nice work out Going up and down the stairs. All was awesome and amazing .

Hidden gem

I booked this to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was perfect! The beach is so close and the pool is amazing! The aquarium and Lexington were both less then a 5 min drive from the room. The hosts are outstanding and checked in with us throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back without the kiddos!

Wonderful getaway!

We loved staying at this property. It was in a convenient location for everything we had planned and the owner was so nice. They text us ahead of time to make sure we had a way to contact them if we needed anything and afterwards to wish us a safe trip home. I would definitely stay here again!

Simple condo with everything you need! Walking distance from the beach and located MINUTES from the Lexington and Aquarium. It was great for my little ones! Planning to be back!
