Lovely house with outstanding views over the river Dart.

Lovely house with outstanding views over the river Dart. Property is well equipped and whilst location is excellent you need to be aware the property is over 3 floors and located on a very steep hill. Whilst not an issue for us this might need to be taken into consideration. The only problem we encountered was that on arrival the property had not been cleaned so no towels or bedding. Cottages.com sorted by the next day and did offer overnight hotel accommodation so whilst not the best start we were satisfied how this was handled. (This was potentially as a result of this being a late booking). Having no parking was not an issue we parked in the Marina car park which is less than an 5 minute walk. Easy access to Dartmouth via the ferry. Overall we had a great week at this property and would recommend it.
