A charming house with a pool, private garden, and stunning views, located on a hillside in Bargecchia, centrally situated for visiting the renowned towns of Versilia. The house is on one level and consists of a large living room with a TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms, both with a third single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, the house has a cool veranda furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a private garden with a pool and sun loungers. Private parking is available in front of the property. Utilities (water, electricity, and gas), internet, and final cleaning are included. During the winter months, heating costs are calculated and billed separately. Charging electric vehicles at the house is not permitted. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms upon request for an additional fee of 50 euros per week. A security deposit of 200 euros is to be paid in cash upon arrival. The municipality of Massarosa requires a tourist tax: 1.50 euros per day per person (up to a maximum of 5 days) from April 1 through September 30. €1.00 per day per person (up to a maximum of 5 days) from October 1 through March 31. Children under 18 are exempt. The amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
