Come and relax with friends and family in this very relaxing 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Lake Havasu home. House that features 1825 square-feet of living space and sleeping accommodations for 12. With a private heated swimming pool and an abundance of other amenities, this house is equipped with everything you need for the perfect lake vacation. We do not allow animals of an kind ( severe allergies) so please don't ask if we would reconsider. Located only a short distance from the water and numerous outdoor activities, you won’t need to travel far to explore all the area has to offer! Not only is it a great summer lake house, snowbirds love the winters relaxing in the large patio with the lake view, listening to the birds and other sounds of nature and the sunsets are amazing! Amazing lake view! You won't be disappointed! Great location!

We love sitting outside enjoying the mountain and lake view. Spending our days on the lake and our nights relaxing in or by the pool, looking at the gorgeous sunset from the large outdoor patio or just watching a movie. We LOVE HAVASU!
