Sanibel is known for its shelling and fishing both are steps away, just outside your door. Bird and wildlife watching is abundant Sanibel has Ding Darling, one of the best wildlife refuges in the nation.
Lighthouse Point is a non-smoking complex on the East end of Sanibel only 69-units. Unit 131 is ground level with great views of San Carlos Bay and the Sanibel Causeway it's a short distance to Lighthouse Beach. The 2 Bedrooms with a Den (pullout) accommodate 6 total. The unit has a king in the master and 2 twin beds in the guest room with a bonus sleeper in the den. There is a power recliner with lumbar support in the Master. The den has a full workstation with a USB CAC keyboard and mouse just waiting for you to bring your computer. 2 full Baths and a ground floor Lanai, Wi-Fi and cable are provided. The unit is 150 feet to San Carlos Bay and 200 yards to the Gulf beach on the south end of the island next to the lighthouse and fishing pier. The owner has equipped the unit with 3 smart flat screen TVs, DVD stereo, CD player, beach chairs a recliner in the Master Bedroom and assigned parking for your convenience. The unit has bedding, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and shelling bags. Guests can enjoy the community heated pool and tennis courts. It should be noted that this condo is a 30-day minimum rental.

Why they chose this property
The CONDO is at the quite end of the island with walking access to both the bay and gulf beaches only steps away.
What makes this property unique
The CONDO complex only has 69 units and it is the last complex before the historic Lighthouse park. Ft Myers is a 5 min ride and there is no roughing it on this island. Two airports are within an hour and the road system on the island is impeccably maintained. Bird and wildlife watching is abundant Sanibel has Ding Darling, one of the best wildlife refuges in the nation .
