Great location

Overall this was a great place to stay. Location made it easy to walk everywhere. My only drawback was there was a very annoying rattle coming from the AC unit fan. I believe this was a simple fix but their response when notified was "they cant do anything about it". I disagree, they could do something about it, just choose not to.

You have to upload the passports of everyone staying there. I didn't have one initially but when I tried to reenter it, I was unable to. On the day I was supposed to check in they asked for it, I provided it and they sent check in instructions. Unfortunately I was already en route to the apartment. You have to pick the keys up at a location over 1 mile away. Less than convenient even if you know this. Super inconvenient if you don't. Who wants to lug their luggage all over Venice to get the keys? Also, the entrance is about a block from where Apple maps thinks it is. So to say the check in process and finding the place sucked would be an understatement. After we got in everything was good.

Nice little place

This was a nice property in a location just a few minutes easy walk from a vaporetto stop which made it easy to get to from the train station. Close to everything we wanted to do either by walking or hopping on the vaporetto. We felt safe here and the neighborhood was super quiet at night. A/C unit was a little loud in the living room, but bedroom was quiet with super comfy king bed. Would not try to sleep more than 2 people but this little place really grew on us during our stay. Easy check in at our convenience during the day too. Glad we didn’t have any problems at night since it seemed like no one would be available to help, but everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
