Carlsbad Beach Cottage - 1/2 block to Sandy Beach & near Legoland

This Beach Cottage has been completely remodeled. It is perfect for couples, small families and those vacationing alone. It is very comfortable, stylish and cozy with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath sleeps up to 5.

It is located just steps to a beautiful sandy beach. From the cottage it is an easy walk along the beach into the center of the Village with wonderful restaurants, shops and entertainment.

For young children we are a short distance to Legoland. Carlsbad is one of the best rated family beaches in the U.S.A. and has easy access to all activities in Southern California.

The master bedroom has a queen bed. Most nights you can hear the surf at night from the master bedroom. The other bedroom has a full and a twin in a bunk arrangement.

The kitchen has been totally redone with custom granite countertops, beadboard cabinets and new flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, disposal and build in microwave.

There is a patio and sun deck area with barbecue and outdoor dining.

The house is equipped with two flat screen TVs. A DVD and High Speed WiFi Internet connection are also included. Also there is a separate laundry room just for your exclusive use. Parking is off-street.

All kitchen items, towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided. A baby Pac-n-Play is available if needed.

No cleaning fee. Cleaning service will be supplied once at the end of your rental period at no extra cost.

A tradition in the village is to gather at the beach to watch the sunset and look for the Green Flash.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood and we must respect our neighbors. We love children.

This location is fantastic for an easy walk to the beach! Our young family (kids ages 1 & 3) had a very comfortable stay. We brought our own pack-n-play (though one is supplied) and used the cottage's high chair. We enjoyed the list of recommended restaurants. Helpful host. We had a fantastic time here! Highly recommend!

Lovely Cottage Close to Beach

This beach cottage is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bob was a gracious host, greeting us at check-in and responsive to our needs. We love the location and will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway Cottage

We were really impressed with this cute cottage and the proximity to the clean and lovely beach. It was so nice to have all the beach gear and we also enjoyed the private patio area out in the back. My husband and I stayed here so our 2 adult sons, who live nearby, could join us. Bob was a very gracious host and we'd love to go back again!

Amazing Cottage

This cottage was the perfect size for our family of 5! very close to the beach with all the necessities. Our main focus was Legoland which was 10 minute drive. Bob was a wonderful host and available as needed. Thank you again BobLinda

Great location and comfort

This was a perfect escape for our family of four. We were met by the host when we drove in and check-in was a breeze. The place was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location to the beach. There was a place out front that we could wash the sand off and plenty of space away from the street to leave our beach tent, beach shoes, sand toys, etc. The laundry room was a bonus and let us wash out sweaty clothes after the San Diego Zoo and LegoLand. Highly recommend Vigilucci's which is only a few minutes by foot away. We would definitely stay again and maybe check out the COASTER train.

Wonderful Stay!

Location location location! We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint house! It was a short walk to the beach and we loved that you could see the ocean from the kitchen. We had our 3 year old with us and I was able to keep an eye on him easily inside the house, which was perfect! Bob was such a gracious host checking in on us via text and then came to our door to check out the eclipse. It was a very memorable stay and we will definitely be back!

Immaculate Little Guest House by the Beach

We are a family of four adults, and we were in town for a family gathering over the holiday weekend. The guest house was perfect for us - clean, cozy, quiet. We loved being 1/2 block away from the beach, the peek of the water through the kitchen window, the faint sound of the surf at night. The location is convenient while also being situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Bob is a great host - helpful and communicative, someone who clearly takes good care of his property and his guests. Wonderful!

Amazing location

This little guest house was amazing. Perfect for a walk to the beach or shopping/dinning. They owner provides everything you would need to go to the beach. Cooler, wagon, boogies boards sand castle items and more! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Clean property very close to the beach. Fully stocked with everything needed. Only potential issue are many different steps around the property. If mobility is an issue, keep that in mind. Bob was a very gracious host.

Great spot for a family trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the Carlsbad Cottage. Communication with the host was easy and thorough. The location is easy walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean, exactly as pictured, and we would definitely stay again.
