Villa Aysel in Kalamar Bay, Kalkan

This modern property offers guests plenty of space in which to relax and take in the panoramic views of Kalamar Bay and the islands.

It is also close to the Kulube Hotel Beach Club, the new Lures Hotel Beach Club and Kalamar Beach Club. It is a fairly easy walk to the Kalamar Road with its restaurants, cafes and supermarket and only a 20 minute walk into the old town.


Ground Floor

The entrance door to the side of the villa opens into a hallway with a circular staircase and a cloakroom with WC and basin for guests’ use.

The living room door opens into a light and airy space, with an L-shaped sofa, an ottoman and coffee table. The wall mounted smart TV gives you access to Netflix as well as other viewing options.

Glass doors lead out to the veranda and pool terrace with sea views.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, an induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The dining table seats 8 comfortably.



First Floor

There are three bedrooms on this floor – at the top of the stairs is the first double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead out to a private covered balcony with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the sea views across Kalamar Bay.

The third bedroom is at the rear of the villa and is configured as a double that can be made into a twin on request. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with stool as well as an en-suite shower room. The window looks over the mature gardens below.


Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is a glass door providing access to the roof terrace which is furnished with a cozy wood and cushioned sofa set, together with two metal armchairs with cushions, so plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a sun downer before heading off into town.

There is also a double bedroom on this level with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a dressing table with stool and the wardrobe is on the landing for guests using this bedroom. Glass doors lead to the roof terrace offering panoramic views of the bay and mountains.


Outside the villa

The pool terrace has a freshwater pool with Roman-style steps for access to the water. Spaced around the pool are 8 sun loungers with 4 parasols.

A few steps lead up to the veranda with an outside dining table with 8 chairs and a portable BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al-fresco dining.

Mature gardens surround the villa with lovely views out towards Mouse and Snake islands.

At street level there is a garage for private parking.
