Beautiful functional property in convenient peaceful Orange County location

We had a wonderful two-month stay at this first floor two-bedroom condo unit in Irvine, one of the safest cities in the country. All needed furniture, equipment, and supplies were provided, including a W/D and a nice desk. Although the owner does not live in the immediate area, she has family and friends who do and who responded immediately to a couple of very minor maintenance issues we encountered which was much appreciated. This unit is in easy walking distance to one major mall with grocery stores, multiple restaurants, personal care services, gas stations, convenience stores, and an eight screen movie theatre, plus multiple other retail and restaurant areas just a short drive away. Just a couple of notes to consider: (1) There is only one TV in the living room, there are no TVs in either bedroom. If you need some "noise" to put you to sleep plan accordingly. We borrowed a TV from our daughter and used a stick to bring in subscribed streaming services in the master and this worked just fine. (2) You do not normally receive access to the mailbox serving this unit. If you need to receive mail during your stay, coordinate with the owner in advance. (3) The outdoor pools serving this unit are not heated and thus not really comfortable for swimming during the winter months. The hot tub was wonderful however!

Great place for the summer

Great location in Irvine for my 3 month stay. Property well maintained. One problem with oven was taken care of promptly. Large 2 car garage. Community pool 1 block away.

The location is great. It is walking distance to everything you could need. The condo is clean and comfortable. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience!
