This was a great place to stay - it’s close to everything but away from major crowds, is very spacious, and the AC was a life saver in the heat. Only note is that the apartment has a smell of old smoke, could be tough for sensitive noses.

Perfect location for all things Florence. Enough space when you needed to stay inside and cook. Will me my go to place to stay whenever I am in Florence.

Pros: extremely clean property, tons of space for IT standards (and the price), in a very quiet neighborhood. Aircon worked perfectly in a heat wave. Staff were kind and helpful when I had questions and were flexible with my check out time. Cons: Not property related, but the food is very expensive and not of great quality in this neighborhood. Things also close early. South of the river is much better in these departments. It’s close to a good grocery store though. Kitchen is lacking most things needed if you plan to cook real meals, coffee pots need to be de-scaled. Overall just some small things. Would stay here again if I didn’t then become a resident!

Nice little apartment in a quiet area of Florence. Also close to many of the major attractions. Customers should be prepared to bring shampoo and conditioner and laundry detergent as there was insufficient available - something we experienced throughout Italy so I'm not sure it is specific to this particular place. Beds were not super comfortable.
