Grab your 4-passenger golf cart and in minutes you can be at the Baytowne Marina where exciting watersports await. Take out a kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or wave runner where you can explore the waters of the Choctawhatchee Bay. When you need to slow things down, no worries, the marina’s restaurant, and bar are right at the water’s edge and waiting for you!

The fun doesn’t stop there! After a fun-filled morning of exploring the Choctawhatchee Bay, take your adventure to the resort’s beachside. Just a quick trip by golf cart or car - .8 miles to be exact - and your toes will be covered in the white sands of Florida’s Emerald Coast. And yep, it’s just as gorgeous as everyone says it is! Those beautiful one-of-a-kind white-sugar beaches are waiting just for you! Read a book, take a walk, or stop by one of the resort pools to refresh yourself from the salty air. And for all of those souvenirs you have to buy – you know for the folks back home and not in your paradise – there’s plenty of great shopping all around the Sandestin and Miramar Beach area!

After a day at the beach or on the bay, as the sun goes down, it’s time to explore the resort’s nightlife at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. When it’s time to rest, the single-story comfort of Sandpiper Escape makes life easy. The kitchen, living area, sunroom, and outdoor patio are just enough for everyone to relax and find a space of their own.

So, stay in and cook your own family seafood feast, or make your way out to the Village for dinner and a nightcap! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a private bathroom including a single vanity and bath/shower combination. The guest bedroom is also very spacious, with a full and a twin-size bed and an adjacent full bathroom.

Electric Vehicle Charging:
While we’re happy to host electric vehicle owners, charging is not available at the property. For your convenience, there are several nearby charging stations in the area that you can easily access during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective 5/2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.
Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.
