This was a perfect place for our visit because we were there for a birthday celebration in Santa Rosa and it was right on the water ground level very clean. The patio was outstanding access to all the shops and stores right outside the resort we are considering coming back multiple times.

Property was conveniently located to beach and activities. Clean, some beach gear available though we brought our own just in case. The supplies are really only stocked for a 2-3 days, so come with extra paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. if you plan to do laundry, bring laundry detergent, etc. as well. We had a great time and the host was very good with communication.

The place and location was exactly what my husband and I needed to relax. The view of the lake was stunning and I loved my coffee time on the back porch. We enjoyed our time shopping, eating, dancing and meeting the locals at the village of Baytowne Wharf. No regrets renting this beautiful home and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you!

The house was very nice and accessible to activities whether in Destin or Sandestin. The neighborhood was quiet and the amenities in the house were certainly adequate for two people

The property was beautiful, the patio was huge and we saw wild otters in the lake, which was a cool surprise. The beach was close and the community and shops were beautiful and made us feel at home. The owner was very responsive when I had a question. I will definitely make this my go-to property any time we go to Destin.
