Broken front door, homeless in the building

Worst stay in any property I've ever experienced. Front door was damaged and did not lock at checkin. Reported immediately to property manager, and after several calls and messages it was never resolved over 5 days. On the last day, homeless were in the building in the hallway. When we left, they had vomited blood throughout the hallway / walls / steps that we had to walk over to exit the building. Still no word from the property manager. Renter beware.

Geräumige Wohnung. Sehr positiv die zusätzliche Toilette und die gute Anbindung an die Metro. Negativ die Lage an einer sehr lauten Straße. Das hintere Schlafzimmer ist zwar ruhiger, lässt sich aber nicht lüften, da das Fenster an einem Abluftrohr liegt. Daher braucht man auch im Herbst die Klimaanlage zum schlafen.

nice clean place, a little pricy for the location. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not very nice. It was defiantly safe enough for my wife and son of 22 years old, but I would want my wife staying there alone. Absolutely nothing the host can do about it. The actual home was good, clean, AC worked good.
