The room was spotless and conveniently located near public transport, dining options, and grocery stores, Joffrey kindly let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated, However, the bathroom was a bit smaller than anticipated and the hot water supply was limited, leading to one day without hot water,

Liked: Check-in, location
The property was not as shown in picture. Large dirty damp patches on walls. The shower ceiling leaked. Outside space was described as a play area. It was a tiny yard next to a korean restaurant with at least 6 dustbins overflowing. It was open late so a lot of noise.
Too many bins in supposed play area.

Joffrey from Air B and B was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with a reservation issue, The flat on rue Keller was ideal, It had everything one could ask for, was spotless and in a very convenient location, The bed was super cozy, there was an amazing rain shower, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances for a truly comfortable stay, I wholeheartedly endorse this accommodation and look forward to coming back in the future,

Very Clean, Great Location, Not Perfect

This studio is newly remodeled and very clean. The room is a fair size but it functions more like a hotel room than an apartment. Other than the dining chairs around the small table there is no furniture--not a sofa or even a cushioned chair. The description and photos were not fully accurate (there is no longer a big curtain that can be pulled to divide the bed area from the rest of the room, there is no microwave, etc.). The only other caution that might not be ideal for some guests is that the small courtyard directly outside the front door is also the backdoor area of a restaurant kitchen; cooks / staff are often standing there taking a smoke break. I didn't mind but that might make it feel less private. Nonethless, the location is fantastic and the room & bathroom are very modern and very clean.
