A four-bedroom villa with two storeys offers all the amenities to accommodate 8 people. Located approximately 1 km from Praia do Alemão beach, it has views over the golf courses.



On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and three suites: two with double beds and one with two single beds.



On the upper floor is located the main suite, with walk-in wardrobe and terrace.



Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television and air conditioning are also provided.



In the outdoor area, the villa has a year-round swimming pool and a dining area with barbecue.

The accommodation has private parking.



This accommodation does not have a sofa bed.

Pool heating is available from November to April.

All aspects excellent.

Villa was as seen on line and contacts as Rita & João were beyond expectations from booking to departing the Villa. I cannot recommend this holiday site enough. Thankyou. No room for improvement
