This apartment is gem is Paris & an easy walk to a lot of sights like the Seine & Notre Dame. It is quiet & clean with a king sized bed which is tough to find in Paris. The Metro is very close & there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. Communication with Annie was exeptional & check in was easy. A great place to stay!

Annie was a superb and solicitive and responsive host. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The stairs got easier every day and the price for location is unbeatable. Help bring the suitcases up and down with the elevator greatly appreciated. The apartment is great home away from home in Paris. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to all the Paris sites. The area was very charming and quiet and had all the restaurants and cafes you could want. The apartment was clean and comfortable- we slept great in the bed after long days of walking around the city. Annie was a wonderful host!! It was a great spot for our 40th wedding anniversary trip and we hope to come back again sometime!

We had such a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The king-size bed was especially nice and made a big difference for two people.The location was honestly perfect. We were able to walk to so many restaurants, shops, and places we wanted to see, which made our time in Paris so easy.Annie was also wonderful — extremely kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Paris.

What a great place to stay in Paris! Perfect for two people. The apartment met or exceeded all our needs. The location is excellent near the best sightseeing and the Metro. Plus, great value for the price. A friend rented a terrible place, a single room with only a bath and twin bed, for slightly less in the same area. She LOVED our apartment.Annie is a fabulous host! She’s there to greet you and take up your luggage. She’s easily accessible if any issues arise as she lives in the building. And, she is so friendly. We enjoyed having coffee with her before we left. She’s got many good restaurant recommendations and is very responsive if any help is needed. She also took our luggage down the day we left. We will definitely stay again on other Paris trips! Great place and fabulous host! Thanks for making our stay wonderful, Annie!

The apartment is awesome and Annie is a treasure. Check in was easy, it was very quiet at night, and the city was super accessible on foot and through the metro. Would certainly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Paris, especially if you are on a tight schedule and want something central to all the major sights.The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze (I’m 6’5” and made it work, but any taller would be real tough).

The host, Annie, is lovely and very obliging. The flat is wonderfully bright. The four flights are not to be sneezed at, and the stairwell is unattractive. The bedding could use an upgrade.

What a Fantastic location and a very well equipped place to stay. It was so quiet, top floor helps..but you pay for that. 200 year old building with a few quirks, and lots of stairs that look scarier than they are. The host was responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Easy to get to anywhere in Paris in about 15 minutes. A very comfortable sleep in an excellent location with the best host. Would not hesitate to come back. !!

A perfect spot in a perfect location. What a great experience just wandering around the area of Saint Germaine and the West Bank. Short walk to all the landmarks. And Annie was fantastic. Great communications. Highly recommend!

Excellent location in the artsy area of Paris

This apartment was exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Paris. It has one good sized room with a big window, so there is lots of light and air. It also has a very nice bathroom and a more than adequate little kitchen. The apartment faces onto an inner courtyard, so it is quiet, with just enough church bell sounds to give it atmosphere. The apartment's location is perfect, just steps away from St.Germain des Pres and the nearest metro stop, in what looks like one of the poshest neighborhoods in Paris.Annie is a wonderful hostess. She gave me the grand tour and showed me how everything worked. She pointed me towards the closest grocery store and left a list of recommended locale restaurants. Later in my stay she took me out for tea and listened to my dreadful French for an hour. In other words, she was the soul of kindness, and I can't wait to stay with her again.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, some noise at night, Annie was very friendly and helpful, shower was good, but very narrow where the head comes out of the wall, although the listing outlined the four flights of stairs it was challenging for us in our 70’s and in good shape, bed was very comfortable, closet was great, large and easy access, nice treats as a welcome, kitchen was good and the espresso machine was super, really on the fence if I would rent again due only to the stairs

To compensate for the inconvenience of the stairs, the nightly rate is reduced. For an apartment located in the most sought-after neigborhood of Paris you would have paid threee times more.
