Sauberes, kompaktes, funktionales Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Nur 8 Gehminuten zum Bus und zur U-Bahn zum Gare du Nord und Gare de l'Est und 20-25 Gehminuten zur Seine. Viele lokale Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants. Die Mülltonnen vor der Tür. Wir wussten das, als wir buchten, und wurden während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts nur gelegentlich gestört. Die Kaution von 500 Euro war unerwartet.

Die Angaben zur Wohnung waren zutreffend. Trotz der geringen Größe war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die zusätzlich bereitgestellten Dinge (Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Müllbeutel usw.) haben wir sehr geschätzt. Für unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt war sie optimal geeignet. Die geografische Lage war fantastisch. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hätte besser sein können, dies haben wir dem Vermieter jedoch mitgeteilt. Ich kann sie ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen!

Hallo, die Anweisungen waren dank der Fotos mit den Anweisungen zum Einchecken super klar und verständlich. Es gab alle aufgelisteten Annehmlichkeiten, das WLAN funktionierte und war sauber. Zum Glück befand es sich im Erdgeschoss, sodass wir unsere Koffer nicht die Treppen hochtragen mussten, haha. Es war in der Nähe der Metrostationen Bonne Nouvelle und Grands Boulevards, also super erreichbar. Das berühmte Restaurant Pizza Populare war buchstäblich 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Einzige, was zählt, ist, dass die Unterkunft für 4 Personen ein bisschen klein ist. Besonders das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war zu klein, sodass das Wasser jedes Mal überall hinspritzte, wenn jemand es benutzte, aber ansonsten war es großartig und zu handhaben. Insgesamt danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Logement très bien situé, très propre et instructions claires, Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas mais il y avait un petit chauffage d'appoint indispensable,La cuisine n'a pas de prise électrique, ce n'est pas très pratique pour faire bouillir de l'eau ou un café, j'ai dû mettre la bouilloire au sol, Globalement, le logement n'est pas très pratique (manque de place pour poser des affaires dans la salle de bain) mais convient pour quelques jours,Attention, le téléphone et la 4g ne passent pas dans le logement,

L'appartement correspond à la description, ce qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour, Les seuls points négatifs qui pourraient être améliorés sont le manque de chauffage, à part celui dans la salle de bain, et le boîtier pour la clé qui est un peu compliqué, Mis à part cela, le logement est très confortable, agréable et bien situé !🙂
