Comfortable and very suitable apartment for 2. (Would be a bit cramped if there was an 3rd person using the pullout couch). Ideal location very close to public transit and for walking. Great food choices in the area (i.e within metres!) with a grocery store also within 5 minutes. Only inconvenience is the key access - we needed to go to an apartment that is very close by to get the keys. Given the time of night we arrived and our unfamiliarity with the neighborhood, we had to arrange a multi stop taxi ride which cost us a little bit extra. If arriving in daylight it would have been possible to arrive at the apartment with luggage and have one of us wait while the other went to pick up the keys and come back. Nevertheless, would recommend this apt to anyone.

The best place and area in paris.near train station,restaurants stores..good the host provided name of grocery store.the place has all you need including washer and dryer,microwave,ref and etc..theres plenty of big towels available with working towel warmer in the toilet..whole restroom is big enough and clean with strong shower pressure and centralized water heater..theres a good space in the kitchen area and also to dine it..lot of outlets provided and the place is well secured.the entry door lock looks sturdy that gives you peace of mind that your belongings will be safe

Check-in was challenging having to pick up the key from another location. The unit and location were okay but the owner needs to mention in the ad that there is no air-conditioning especially when there is a heatwave in Paris. The first night was brutal due to the heat, then power went out the next morning so we left and got a room instead at the Hyatt down the street for the remaining 3 nights that we had the apartment for and never went back to the apartment. Oh well, money wasted on the apartment rental. Hyatt was great though and well worth the extra expense.

The the kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer.with extra garbage bag provided.the bathroom is clean and with strong water pressure and centralized water heater.with lots of large size towels and the towel dryer/warmer is working.the door lock is well secured and with 2 other coded entry door going inside the building.the room is located in the first floor.the address is located few meters to food establishments(mcDo),church,grocery store and train station/bus stop.the only thing missing is a good pillow and pillow case

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un weekend in famiglia (4 persone) e la posizione è davvero strategica: vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Congressi e a pochi passi dalle fermate di metro, bus e RER. La zona è molto tranquilla, sicura e servita benissimo da negozi e ristoranti di ogni tipo, dal francese al fast food.L'appartamento, seppur piccolo, è estremamente funzionale e ben organizzato. È ideale per una coppia o per chi viaggia per lavoro; in quattro gli spazi sono un po' sacrificati, ma gestibili per brevi periodi.

Wir haben ein Familienwochenende (wir waren zu viert) in dieser Wohnung verbracht, und die Lage ist wirklich ideal: ganz in der Nähe des Palazzo dei Congressi und nur wenige Schritte von U-Bahn-, Bus- und RER-Stationen entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sicher und bietet eine große Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurants aller Art, von französischer Küche bis hin zu Fast Food. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber äußerst funktional. Sie ist ideal für Paare oder Geschäftsreisende; zu viert ist der Platz etwas begrenzt, aber für kurze Aufenthalte durchaus ausreichend.
