The communication coming from 4 sources became very confusing. We purchased on VRBO and found that Belvilla was the management- reviewed comms from them along with CheckmyGuest, VRBO and finally the host- I believe employed by CheckmyGuest. We never got the stove to work (electric stove tried every combo of buttons), the fold out couch was pretty bad, I wouldn’t count that one in for sleeping. And we found in the end that we needed to clean before leaving. This was part of poor communication, so CheckmyGuest had cleaning instructions that we followed. But was not clear when we purchase through VRBO. Very confusing so we just cleaned. No instructions were found in the unit it self which works have made it much more clear instead of having to hunt through paperwork (pdfs) attached through emails sent from belvilla and CheckmyGuest. Lock box, though convenient was difficult lit to use (only 1 of the 3 guests was able to access because hard to see, difficult to manipulate disks and open box. WiFi did not work first fill day as they had given wrong access code. Up 2 flights winding stairs not easy if mobility is challenged, especially with luggage-no problem for us, but beware. Sheets, towels bedding all lovely. Main bed very comfortable. Lots of storage in room. Large windows over busy noisy street. Located in great and vibrant area.

Location is good. Description is inaccurate- pictures make it look larger than it is, listing says king sized bed but it’s not.We learned after booking that the property was owned by Belvilla and managed by Checkmyguest.fr.When we arrived the bathroom pocket door was locked. We had to use a butter knife to pry the lock open. We were there for 4 nights and the WIFI did not work the entire time. The hair dryer didn’t work either.We immediately notified both Belvilla and Checkmyguest.fr. For 4 days, we were passed back and forth between Belvilla and various representatives at Checkmyguest.fr, with no assistance, no timely repair attempt, and no alternative accommodations offered. I would definitely not recommend this place
