Location is fantastic. Close to restaurants and metro. Bathroom is super small, the door does not close. There is no A/C, so the room is warmer than outside, no breeze, no windows. I would not recommend this micro apartment.

I can't believe VRBO would represent this place! Don't rent this apartment! Have a look closely at the pictures. There are no windows in this place. Even though they advertise a dishwasher, microwave and 4 ring stove (there is a 2 ring), they don't exist. The carpet is so filthy I wouldn't let a dog sleep on it. The sofa bed is not a sofa bed. The chair bottom fell right through when we first sat on it (no injuries). There is no towel rack or anywhere to hang anything. We had rented for 4 nights but left after the first one after no one answered our emails or phone call for complaint. Belvilla, the rental company initially tried to brush off our complaint but we persisted and eventually they did an "investigation" and said "Both the microwave and dishwasher are part of the property equipment, and the sofa bed is confirmed to be in working condition" and refused to provide any compensation. I can assure you, those things are not in this apartment. There are many nice places in Paris to rent. This isn't one of them and beware of the rental agency, Belvilla.
This was the carpet when we arrived. Filthy!
This is the kitchen. No dishwasher, no microwave. The oven is a conventional oven and it functions properly.

Geschäftsreise für zwei Nächte. Der Standort war leicht allein erreichbar, da die Metro nur eine Minute entfernt an der Avenue Émile Zola ist. Die ruhige Nachbarschaft half mir gut zu arbeiten und genug Ruhe zu finden. Schnelles Internet machte das Abrufen von Arbeitsmails problemlos möglich.

Mieten Sie diese Wohnung bloß nicht! Schauen Sie sich die Bilder genau an. Es gibt keine Fenster. Obwohl mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Vierflammenherd geworben wird, sind diese Dinge nicht vorhanden. Der Teppich ist so dreckig, dass ich nicht mal einen Hund darauf schlafen lassen würde. Das Schlafsofa ist keins. Der Stuhl ist beim ersten Hinsetzen durchgebrochen (zum Glück haben wir uns nicht verletzt). Es gibt weder einen Handtuchhalter noch sonst eine Möglichkeit, etwas aufzuhängen. Wir hatten die Wohnung für vier Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten Nacht abgereist, da niemand auf unsere E-Mails und Anrufe reagiert hat. Belvilla, die Vermietungsfirma, versuchte unsere Beschwerde zunächst abzutun, aber wir blieben hartnäckig. Schließlich führten sie eine „Untersuchung“ durch und behaupteten: „Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler gehören zur Ausstattung, und das Schlafsofa ist funktionsfähig.“ Eine Entschädigung wurde ihnen verweigert. Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass diese Dinge in dieser Wohnung nicht vorhanden sind. Es gibt viele schöne Wohnungen in Paris. Diese gehört definitiv nicht dazu.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Ich habe das saubere Badezimmer mit der tollen Dusche sehr geschätzt. Der Wohnbereich war für meine Bedürfnisse ausreichend geräumig, und die Verdunkelungsrollos waren ein nettes Extra für einen guten Schlaf.
