The apartment was great. The location was perfect and it was nice to have two showers. You can see the Eiffel Tower when you walk out the front door! The area was pretty loud at night and one night there was gunfire/police activity. I’m rating this low because of the customer service. On our day of arrival the AC wouldn’t turn on. It took almost 48 hours and a lot of back and forth via phone and email to get a resolution. It did finally start to work, but still didn’t cool the apartment down completely.
