Agua Marina , Calle Bellavista.

This light & airy modern apartment is perfectly situated in the Parador area being just 3 minutes walk to Burriana Beach and only a 10 minute walk to the Town Centre and the famous Balcon de Europa.

There is gated access from Agua Marina to a path leading down to Playa Burriana, a long, sandy beach situated just east of the town centre. Arguably Nerja's most popular beach, it offers a good selection of water sports and activities and has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The great location of Agua Marina also gives easy access by foot to the Carabeo and Nerja town centre.

The apartment is ground floor with secure gated parking on a first come first serve basis. Very much a plus point in the beautiful and popular Nerja!

Open plan lounge/dining with flat screen T.V with main UK and international freeview channels also with the option for guests to connect to their Netflix, Amazon or social media accounts.

Patio doors lead on to a wrap around terrace with spectacular mountain and sea views and communal area with garden for relaxing and sun bathing.

The communal pool is a stone's throw away from the apartment.

Great stay. Central location between Beach and restaurants and Nerja town.Communication with host was perfect.Very clean apartment with everything we needed for our holiday.Pool was attended to regularly and gardens kept nice.Hopefully returning in June 26.

We had the best stay here, beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location, well equipped kitchen, clean, light, brilliant outside space, fabulous pool and what a view to boot! The host was very friendly and easy to reach out to. We would absolutely come again and stay here with our family at this apartment, we only wished we could have stayed longer!
