The apartment was in really poor condition. TV ripped out of the wall, windows defective, the sofa very dirty. A lot smaller than it appeared on the photos. For single travellers or a couple madly in love. At least it's close to Paddington Station.

The only good thing about this place was the location. I have never been so disgusted. It was so dirty and gross, The window was broken so it couldn’t be opened during a heatwave with no AC. We tried to prop it open with a tin but that still only left it cracked a few inches. The fan wouldn’t turn on and the host never responded to our message asking for help. It smelled. There were weird gross stains on the couch-bed. The hallway was also covered in literal stains and garbage. The cutlery in the kitchen still had large chunks of food dried on it. The shower and bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. I will probably never use this app again after how horrible this is experience was. We booked it because it had 8.8 stars based on 28 reviews and beautiful photos. Turns out those reviews must have been fake because now they have 3.4 stars based on 3 reviews and I don’t think any of the reviews fully capture how vile this place is. This feels like gross negligence and false advertising. I have never been so shocked at the difference between the listing photos, description, and review. And it is genuinely a safety hazard to not have a working window in 34C heat in the dead of July and then not reply for how to get the tiny ceiling fan to work. Also there is no chair like in the photos (likely because there is absolutely no room for that chair if you intend to be able to open the door). Absolutely ridiculous.

Logement correct, ménage pas nickel mais ok, en revanche, aucun moyen de joindre qui que ce soit jusqu'à l'heure d'arrivée dans le logement ce qui a généré de nombreux désagréments de notre côté. Comme nous n'avions reçu aucune information sur les codes d'accès et validation que le séjour était bien réservé, nous nous sommes rendues à l'autre bout de la ville pour déposer nos affaires dans un autre lieu, et finalement nous avons reçu les codes et infos à l'heure où nous pouvions arriver dans le logement. Nous avons perdu 50 de taxi et 3h de temps entre les allers retours avec les affaires pour rien, sans compter le stress alors que nous devions passer une belle journée d'anniversaire. A part ça le chauffage était ok et les draps/serviettes propres
