This is a great apartment for 2 people located in the best part of Gracia, right next to the Sant Gervasi area; where you can enjoy the charms of the Gracia area while avoiding the nighttime noise so you can rest.

Gracia is a wonderful area full of lively squares that make you feel like you’re walking through a little village in the city centre, with exquisite bar terraces and restaurants—but away from the tourist crowds!

The apartment has been renovated; it has plenty of natural light and is very quiet, perfect for relaxing.

It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower, a sink, and a separate toilet.

The quiet atmosphere of the apartment—and especially the inner room—ensures you’ll get a good night’s sleep.

The living room features a comfortable sitting area near the small balcony overlooking the Berga pedestrian street; it also has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning—a real lifesaver during the Barcelona summer!

The Berga apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street, very close (190 metres) to the “Mercat de la Llibertat” food market (a Modernist building) where you can buy fresh food and vegetables; it has a supermarket inside and is surrounded by all kinds of shops where you can find everything you need, including many gourmet shops selling sausages, fresh pasta, yoghurt/milk, cheeses, pâtés, fresh fish, and meat, as well as excellent bakeries.

A fifteen-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia: La Pedrera / Casa Batlló and 190 metres from the Metro (L3—Fontana/Park Güell line), within 100 metres, you’ll find plenty of buses to city centre or the FGC rail station (Gràcia).
