About this property

A stunning, upside-down five-bedroom home located in Pendoggett

Port View House offers breath taking views and features a private driveway, ample parking with a short path leading to the house. A large glass porch greets guests as well as a bright and airy hallway. This leads to four downstairs bedrooms, two of which are queen size (one with a fabulous ensuite) and two which are twin rooms, while the fifth ensuite bedroom, with a super king pull-out day bed, is upstairs. All bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space. From the hallway, a modern glass and wooden staircase gracefully ascends to a large contemporary open-plan living area which is bathed in natural light. The interior design of the living space is clean and elegant, with subtle textures and neutral tones that complement the natural materials of the staircase. A new bespoke, open plan kitchen with Smeg range cooker, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine and many other functional appliances are available. Here sumptuous meals can be prepared to enjoy at the dining table which looks out to the lush Cornish countryside and views to the sea at Port Gaverne. Retire in the lounge area afterwards in comfy sofas in front of the wood burning stove or on a summers evening venture outside through the double sliding doors to the patio area with plenty of seating. Port View House is truly a magical retreat to spend precious time with family or friends. Endless time and thought has been given to ensure the accommodation caters for all guests, including a separate games room downstairs! This luxurious property is positioned in the most perfect location as it is tucked away in an idyllic spot but within easy reach of tourist attractions, surfing beaches, coastal walks and even a fabulous pub which is a minute walk away from the house.
