Family-Friendly Cottage on Lake Simcoe with Private Shared Beach Access

Summary:
A beautiful, charming, year-round cottage located at the southern tip of Lake Simcoe (Cook's Bay). Get away from the busy city life and relax in our comfortable, family (and pet) friendly cottage.

Our cottage is a cozy, comfortable space with lots to offer:
• Master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite
• One bedroom with a queen bed
• One bedroom with a double bed
• One bedroom with two bunk beds
• Additional three piece bathroom
• Full kitchen and dining area
• Living room
• Onsite laundry
• BBQ and patio
• Children's playground, shed with games and activities
• Street parking only max. 2 cars
• Short walk to shared beach

This is a semi-detached home, owners own both sides and will occasionally occupy the adjacent home.

The Space:
Upon booking, you'll receive a four-digit PIN to unlock the lockbox, granting you access to the front door key.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom. The apartment features amenities such as air conditioning, a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and toaster, a TV, and wireless internet. Guests can also enjoy the BBQ grill. On-site street parking is available.

The Neighborhood:
Our cottage is located within a private community just 45 minutes north of Toronto. It’s a short walk to the shared beach with amenities including, beach access, a playground, beach volleyball court and docks in the summer.

*Please note this is not a waterfront property, we have beach access*

There are endless possibilities to enjoy the outdoors and the lake. Go hiking, fishing and swimming. We are also in close proximity to golf courses and mini-put, Sibbald's Point Provincial Park, a retro movie theatre and bars and restaurants.

In the winter, enjoy a popular ice fishing spot with easy access to the lake. Cook's Bay, a shallower area of the lake, is known for Perch fishing.

Great little cottage

We came to lake Simcoe to ice fish and this cottage was just perfect for that. The host was wonderful, the place was very clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this cottage.

A nice place away from home

Amazing little place away from the hustle and bustle of life it self. Its exactly what a cottage should be. So much space for everyone to stay. Just with my stay, the people who were coming with me couldnt make it and i had the whole place to myself! Not to far away from the water as well.
