Maranacook Lake spans Readfield and Winthrop: Newly renovated home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2400 square feet of living space. The entire downstairs 48' x 14' is a large kitchen, dining room and great room with large windows and sliding glass door to take full advantage of the awesome lake view. 125' of waterfront with new 4' x 40' dock. Large deck within 40' of the lake. Patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Canoe, and two picnic tables available for use. Furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 queen, 1 single with trundle, and a bunk bed, our home sleeps 4 adults and 4 children comfortably.

New 40' dock with adirondack chairs. Two large picnic tables, 5 burner grill, kayaks, canoe, float, and games. Easy access to the local boat launch. Brand new washer and dryer.
