Located on Long Pond, within Wildewood Estates Association. Step inside this classic Maine retreat promising to offer you instant relaxation and rejuvenation. This cozy sunlight filled home is warm with natural wood elements including wide plank flooring throughout, and a cathedral ceiling in the main living area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screen porch, the back patio, the wrap around deck or by the cozy wood stove in the colder months. Located a short walk to the association's common beach with a graded, sandy swimming area. Just down the road in the opposite direction is the association's common boating area. Both areas invite launching kayaks or paddle boards, provided by us, for your fun and lake recreation!


This beautiful home sits on a wooded lot with complete privacy in the backyard. Enjoy one level living, with 1 step to bedrooms inviting accessibility for every guest! In the winter, enjoy lake views peering through the trees. The main living area is an open concept that includes spaces for kitchen, dining and lounging with a magnificent cathedral ceiling and an abundance of windows framing the beautiful outside wooded areas. There is a bathroom located off of the main living area. Enjoy an evening fire pit out back around the Solo Stove or cozy up in front of the wood stove. Wood provided for both!

There are 2 TV's for your entertainment, one is 53" and the other is 40" both Roku enabled, streaming apps available. We have games, puzzles and books also for your entertainment.


The 3 bedrooms are located on one floor. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has both a queen size bed and a twin size bed. There is a 2nd bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms with a shower.


Close by, enjoy the tranquil Kennebec Highland Hiking Trails that offer breathtaking views of both Long Pond and Great Pond. In the colder months you can snowshoe and enjoy micro spike hikes on the trails. Some of these trails are multi-use offering space for snowmobiling, cross country skiing and mountain biking as well. Wildewood Haven is just about an hour from both Sugarloaf and Saddleback Mountain ski areas. If you enjoy golf, the award winning Belgrade Lakes Golf Club is just minutes away. There is also a nearby public boat launch for you to enjoy boating, fishing and swimming on Long Pond.


There are several nearby towns that offer quaint cafes and restaurants as well as antique shops, cinemas and other sources of entertainment.


You will emerge from your time here rested and refreshed, and in fact, you never even have to leave this home because it is stocked with all of the comforts you can imagine. Exhale the moment you walk through the door!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well kept. It had everything we needed and more — from kitchen supplies to extra touches that made us feel right at home. Ironman Maine 70.3!

7 of us stayed in this home for the Ironman 70.3 race in Augusta. It fit our needs perfectly and was equipped with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach for some practice swims and a quiet hilly neighborhood for shakeout runs. Check-in and out was a breeze and Shannon was very responsive to all of our questions. The gravel road to get to this property was a little rough, but nothing my Jeep couldn't handle.

Love this house felt like home

We were just there for the weekend but if I could have stayed longer I would have . The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone it was just my husband and me and our two grandkids but we had so much room and we did not even use the one room or the loft . The kitchen had everything you needed and then some I enjoyed the mint tea the owner had left for everyone. . They have soaps, bags,, spices, it all the little touches that make this place special. Can’t wait to go back.

Even Better Than We Expected!

We had an amazing time. The house has ample sleeping areas as well as a large open concept kitchen, Livingroom dining room, so everyone can be together. We enjoyed using the fire pit and had plenty of dry wood available to us. We went sledding at the beach and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter when the lake is well frozen over. Cozy Maine Winter Retreat!!

Our family stayed at Wildwood Haven to ring in the New Year and it made for the perfect winter retreat and start of our year. Everything was so thoughtfully laid out at the cottage, making our stay feel immediately like home. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need and the hosts even laid out the sweetest tea station. The bedrooms were so comfortable and we had a great time relaxing with the games and puzzles they had. The hosts were so communicative throughout check-in and our stay, and even had a warm fire for us when we arrived! The neighborhood was so quaint and convenient to get to spots around the area. We would definitely recommend this location and look forward to a visit in the summer some time!

I love this association because it is truly a warm, friendly community. There is a beautiful sandy beach just steps away from the house in one direction and a tranquil, relaxing common boating area in the other direction. Here you will find that a dock to relax and dangle your feet into the water or to launch your kayak for some on the water enjoyment. I also love paddling or boating just across the lake to Belgrade Lakes Village to shop at Day's Store, visit the Farmer's Market and stroll through shops. This location meets all of my needs and is great for young families.

This property boasts the qualities of a quintessential New England home complete with wide plank wood floors, antique furniture, quilts to wrap up in, and more cozy details! We provide amenities complete with a stocked kitchen, toiletries, wood for the fire pit and wood stove, kayaks, bikes, needs for babies and so much more. We have a wooded, private backyard with the ability for grilling and/or relaxing by the fire pit in comfy Adirondack chairs. You don't have to step foot outside of this home to feel like you are on vacation!
