Nightclub around the corner closes at 3am, you have 30 mins every night of noise, shouting and singing.The standard of cleanliness and maintenance was very poor throughout with broken toilet seat, no soap or towel in cloakroom. The lounge rug was stained, the patio used as a smoking area by the previous tenants. The dining room chairs were stained or broken. The en-suite toilet was broken, the dishwasher didn't wash as it was too filthy. I washed all the crockery (flatware) and cutlery before using. Barely any matching crockery or cutlery, it felt like a student stay.

The flat is as the pictures and is in a good location not far from the centre. It was clean. The beds are all quite small and not that comfy.There was 1 wine glass and all the mugs were chipped. Lamps in the lounge didnt work. I messaged the host but never received a reply.
