Private cozy villa in the centre of the Fuerteventura island, close to Caleta de Fuste. All island cities, resorts and attractions are reachable within 50km. Villa is located in the quiet and safe community of La Colina, just beside green Fuerteventura Golf club, with nice view to Caleta bay. As the villa is on the first row of the community building complex, you will enjoy open space and sea view. It has 3 bedrooms, a big living room as well a dining room in glass terrace, two cozy patios and hot tub for relaxation. Big cable TV ( including English channels and free movies). Guests can enjoy large shared community pool just 50 meters round the corner. Distance to La Guirra beach 1,8 km- reachable by foot. Beach is white sand, with quiet cove and as it is located a little bit remote from main town buildings, it is usually not crowded. Villa was successfully on the rent for several years by previous owners (with highest ratings guests reviews). Hope we will continue to keep the villa on the same high level ratings.

Such a lovely property in a very quiet part of Caleta de Fuste. The house was as described, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was a lovely feature and the view from the master bedroom was amazing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return

The villa was just as listed. Audrey was a pleasure to deal with at the time of booking and when we arrived. Any questions were answered promptly. The Hot tub wasn't working for the first week but was repaired for the second week. The pool is just around the corner..never too busy and is very well looked after. Was a lovely relaxing stay

What an absolutely beautiful villa. It is stunning inside and out with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Everything and more that you could want. The pool (just around the corner) was perfect, we always managed to get a lounger and it was beautiful. I would recommended hiring a car for getting around the area but taxis would also work. We would recommend this villa to anyone interested in visiting the area. A gem of a place and absolutely stunning.

Excellent stay in a comfortable, peaceful and well equipped property! Everything was as described and photographed. It felt very safe as an area and would be great for families / couples/ groups of friends. Comfortable beds, lots of great outdoor spaces to relax and a lovely hot tub to relax in too. We hired a car which was great as it’s probably a 20-25 min walk to the main supermarket, but the property is very well placed to reach lots of key sites. We had great communication with the owner who was very helpful.

Excellent hone from home

We were welcomed to the Fuerte Bay Villa by Audrey who instantly made us feel at home. The villa is exactly as pictured and even better equipped than the listing.Inside the bedrooms are generous sizes and there was lots of space for five of us. Outdoors the garden catches the sun throughout the day and shelters from the Canadian breeze. The pool access was great for the kids, and hot tub a welcome relaxation for the adults. We walked to Atlantico and further down into the main bars of Caleta de Fuste, and of an evening we caught a taxi home which was under 5 for 5 of us. The location of the villa was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle making it very relaxing. The sunrises from the upper balcony are not to be missed! The villa was perfect for our stay and a great base to explore the rest of the island. We’d absolutely recommend the villa to friends and hope to stay again in the future.

Superb first class Villa

We just came home from our 10 day holiday staying at this fabulous villa. Everything was just as shown in their photos. They provided so many little touches like, tea, coffee, condiments, washing powder, softener, shampoo, shower gel etc. There was water, milk, margarine, bread and a bottle of wine when we arrived. The outside area is private with sun loungers, table and chairs and our favourite place to sit the gazebo. Be aware in hot days the artificial grass gets extremely hot as does the stone pavements so wear something on your feet and especially if you have kids. Also if the stone gets wet it could be slippy and the same for the floors inside the villa.It would be about a 20 minute walk down to the Atlantico shopping centre where you will find a supermarket, shops and restaurants. If you want to go to the “strip” as they call it it would take about 40 minutes. The villa is a little bit away from the buzz of town but we were so happy with the peaceful area. Taxis are a big problem in Fuertaventura but you can find them and they come to the taxi ranks quite regularly. Cost up to the villa was about 3-4 euros.It is a fabulous villa and would highly recommend it, we had a great time. Audrey the co host was really nice and helpful with anything you needed.

Das Haus liegt mit einem wundervollen Blick in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Whirlpool und der Garten bieten viel Privatsphäre.Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und es gibt viel Platz. Die Top-Betreuung durch Audrey und ihren Mann hat es uns sehr leicht gemacht und in diesem Haus rundum Wohl zu fühlen.

We are family - Roland and Birute. We love this place- it is perfect for holiday. That’s why we have bought two houses here at La Colina (Fuerteventura Golf club neighborhood ) - one for ourselves and another for our guests - for renting.

Why they chose this property

Area “La Colina” ( means hill in spanish) has good location- as it is hill , there is nice view to the ocean. The beach La Guirra ( 1,8 km) is reachable by foot and settled in quiet surrounding- a little bit away from the main beach of the town. There are always parking places available at the beach (if you prefer coming by car). At the same distance there is commercial centre Atlantic with shops and restaurants. The town Caleta de Fuste with more restaurants and shops is not so far as well- 2.8 km

What makes this property unique

Villa is renewed and has light, holiday style interior. The house plot is not very big but still have front and back private courtyards and hot tub. It is at the edge of private houses complex therefore has nice ocean view and convenient location.
