We bought the apartment in 2003 having fallen in love with Mallorca during a holiday with friend and family. Our three children have grown up since then but all still remain in love with the place where we have shared so many fun times together.

Why they chose this property

Port de Pollenca has everything. Great beaches, a huge range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and wallets, and activities for everyone. All sports available both on land at on the sea. Cycling, hiking, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, tennis, padel, and much more. Only 45 minutes of so to Palma and all that it has to offer, and 5km from the beautiful and historic old town of Pollenca.

What makes this property unique

A duplex apartment in a perfect location, makes for a quiet stay, but just a few minutes walk from the beach (150m) and the man bars and restaurants along Pine Walk . Modern and open plan makes it airy and with a air conditioning throughout, nice and cool in the hotter summer months.
