Es wäre schön, wenn die Liegen schon draußen gestanden hätten (schwieriger Zugang). Ein Toaster wäre nicht schlecht.

Wir unsere Bedürfnisse optimal!

Wir waren im Winter über Sylvester dort. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und den Menschen vor Ort. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön. Viele Möbel für draußen auf der sehr schönen Terrasse. Direkter wirklich traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Optimaler eingezäunter Garten für den Hund.

Vacances tout confort

Rien ne manque dans la maison, qui est conforme a la description faite sur le site. La météo nous a dissuadé d'utiliser le BBQ mais y'a tout. Nous avons appréciés de profiter de la plage a volonté, juste en traversant la rue. Merci a Brigitte et Alain qui nous ont accueillis et préparés notre arrivée. Ils sont tres arrangeants.

Aanrader: heerlijk huis pal aan het strand!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het is een heerlijk, volledig ingericht huis van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is ruim en helemaal omheind wat voor ons hondje Guus perfect was. De ligging is heerlijk centraal en de communicatie met de host, Michelle, was zowel vanaf het moment van boeken als gedurende het verblijf super. Hartelijk dank & wij komen graag weer terug♡

Beau logement, vue splendide ! Proche des commerces et à 20 secondes de la plage, propre moderne et bien équipé, seul petit bémol la literie est à revoir, ce n'est pas cohérent avec la qualité de ce logement et son tarif, sinon RAS , accueil etc au top ! À bientôt

A fantastic holiday house

The house is in the perfect location, it is near to the restaurants, a boulangerie and the Spar supermarket, as well as obviously being just opposite the beach but not too near to the restaurants etc to be affected by noise. It has parking for 1 vehicle (access at the rear of the property). We found everything we needed in the kitchen (although we didn't cook any evening meals there) - plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses etc. and really appreciated the air conditioning in every room and the electric shutters in all rooms too. We had a little trouble at check-in as our French is very bad but we got by with our basic German instead. The kids particularly liked the extra buckets, spades and body boards in the shed/ cupboard outside and there was a spare umbrella too. We had a fantastic stay! We had a fantastic stay.

Wiederholter schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und verbrachten in diesem zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen. Es fehlte an nichts, hatten ein sehr gutes Willkommensgeschenk und wurden von den Besitzern sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch die Reinigungsfrau war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus war einiges sauberer, als letztes Mal. Alles war unkompliziert und einfach. Als der Kühlschrank defekt war, wurde er prompt ausgewechselt, vielen vielen Dank. Dank der neuen Beschattung an der Seite des Hauses, war es jederzeit angenehm, draussen zu sein. Vielen Dank, für die Freundlichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Freundliche Grüsse Karin Zwahlen

Tout à fait correct

Dans l ensemble location très correcte.bel emplacement un peu passant le week-end en journée mais calme la nuit.dommage que la pièce à vivre ne soit pas fusionnée avec salon plus pratique pour la télévision et qu'il y ait autant de chaises tables stockées dans ce salon déjà petit et manquant de confort.Un peu de rangement et de propreté (limite)pour la vaisselle faciliteraient l'installation du premier jour.quelques saladiers et poêles neuves seraient utiles.Enfin dommage que quelques négligences(vulgaires planches pour consolider le lit double ,arbre à l'arrière non taillé enlevant toute luminosité dans deux chambres) fassent oublier les commodités de la maison(proximité plage commerces même si nous avons privilégié Gruissan pour les courses.,climatisation,volets automatiques,sanitaires, machine à laver).Dans l'ensemble bon séjour : mer fraîche mais très propre.plage soignée familiale et calme, un peu ventée belles visites.

Salon: TV volontairement isolée. Chaises : auraient dû être sorties sur la terrasse ou reparties ds les chambres . En nombre suffisant pour pouvoir recevoir . Cuisine : merci de nous prévenir : nous allons renouveler le matériel culinaire . Chambre : cette planche avait été demandée par une locataire venant chaque année et ayant des pb de dos. Nous allons l’enlever .
