It is the perfect choice for travellers longing to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and looking for a quiet, relaxing, yet ironic space to enjoy at any time of the year. Villa Malen's features 3 spacious, fully equipped double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a fully fitted and fully furnished kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room with WI-FI access, and outdoor terraces next to a private swimming pool.

This splendid villa boasts a wide variety of amenities and features that will make you feel at home. The villa is also pet-friendly. An additional 50 euros per pet supplement will be charged upon arrival at the accommodation. This villa offers a warm and welcoming welcome to all its guests, regardless of their origin, culture, or religion.

All guests must provide a valid email when booking to send a form that must be completed correctly so that the host can proceed with the police search as required by law.

HOUSE'S RULES

-Parking inside the accommodation is prohibited.
- Villa Malen's is not responsible for the custody of luggage.
-Parties or events, slamming doors, shouting, loud music or anyone outside the reservation are not allowed (from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.).
- Radiators must be closed throughout the night.

- At the time of CHECK-IN, guests will pay the tourist tax (3 euros per night per person).
- At the moment of the CHECK-IN, all reservation group members must be present as the owner is legally required to register each. If a group member is missing, you have the legal right not to admit them.
- People outside the group that makes up the reservation are not admitted.
- Children under 16 years of age are free of charge.
- Guests unable to comply with the established check-in and check-out times must pay an additional supplement of 25 euros for the first hour and 10 euros for each hour thereafter.
- Clients who DO NOT COMPLY WITH ALL THE RULES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY SANCTED, LOSING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.


Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
