I wouldn’t recommend this place. First off, they had a data leak and the details of our reservation were stolen (full name, phone number, dates of reservation and name of apartment complex). Someone tried fishing us through Whatsapp with details of our reservation. We didn’t give out any information but this could have gone pretty bad since the scammers could confirm confidential details.
Secondly, they advertise this place as a 1 bedroom with a pull out bed. This is barely accurate because the pull out bed is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Not only was it falling apart but it was making a lot of noise. It couldn’t lay flat and you couldn’t sit at the foot of it or else you sat through it. The bed in the main bedroom was also uncomfortable. There was a big hollow spot in the middle.
Thirdly, we found out a couple weeks in advance that we had an extra person with us and we notified them in advance of this. They confirmed and modified the reservation. Even though we did that, they still didn’t provide us with enough towels, pillowcases and toilet paper. They did deliver an extra pillow case after we asked. When we asked for extra toilet paper they told us we had to purchase our own. 2 rolls for 4 people for 3 days is laughable. We had to go and buy a pack of 12 rolls for our stay which is ridiculous.
Fourthly, the walls are paper thin. We could hear the neighbors all night struggling with their pullout bed also.
Save the hassle, book somewhere else.
