It is located at Via Gallia 86, in the center of Rome, near the Colosseum, the famous Basilica of St. John Lateran, the Baths of Caracalla, the FAO headquarters, the Circus Maximus, the Bocca della Verità, and the Via Appia Antica with its ancient Christian catacombs.
The neighborhood is lively and authentically Roman: you can enjoy the beauty of Rome and at the same time go shopping (there are many shops and restaurants) or relax in the park of Ville Celimontana and Scipioni.

Quiet neighborhood which was a 20 minute walk Coliseum which was nice Rosanna checked in frequently to ensure our stay was going well. Rossana our host was absolutely delightful. At check in she shared with us the history of her family in the apartment which was her childhood home. Its perfect for a family of 4 and very comfortable. Close to all the main sites by bus or Uber and the neighborhood had many restaurants and shops. We will always remember our time in Rome.

We were met by Rossana, who was very friendly, helpful and had kindly provided a welcome pack so we didn't need to go to the shops. Why they chose this property

The holiday home is called Le Note di Famiglia (Family Notes) because it preserves family memories and tells them. From the 78 rpm records on the walls that my dad listened to and danced with my mom, to the membership cards for my dad's Veterans' Association, because he wanted to continue meeting with those who fought even after the Second World War ended and seek out those who didn't return, like my grandmother's brother, the youngest of five children, the only boy who "fell" on the Don River, to the black and white photos of happy people at the seaside. In short, this is the family home inherited from my parents, which continues to live with the stories and memories of those who come on holiday.

What makes this property unique

Family atmosphere, all the comforts, proximity to many amenities. It is only 100 metres from the Porta Metronia stop on the C metro line, which reaches Piazza Venezia in one direction in 1 stop and San Giovanni in 1 stop in the opposite direction, where it intersects with other metro lines.
