Almost all the attractions of the Eternal City are within walking distance, no more than half an hour's walk in the heart of Baroque Rome. The Vatican Museums, the Pantheon, Campo de Fiori, the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, all without wasting time on taxis and buses!
An open space in an ancient Roman building with elevator, within walking distance of everything! Perfect for two people, but also for a family of 4 or two close friends couples! Two bathrooms and a small studio complete the property, very quiet even though in the heart of Rome.

Room is excellent. Right in the middle of everything. The inside reminds me of a cabin in the mountains. It could seem small for some but it was perfect for my family of 3. The host is extremely accommodating and responds at a moments notice with any concerns you might have. Stairs to bedroom might be hard to use for people with mobility issues but for anyone that is active should not be a problem. Host takes pride in his place. Will definitely come back.

Close to everything. We walked everywhere we go. The neighborhood was amazing. Nice restaurant and bar. We got to meet the host. He was super nice and lovely. First time in Rome, totally recommend.

Located in a bustling neighborhood with active nightlife and an easy walk from Piazza Navona, this spacious apartment was excellent for my needs as a solo traveler from Kentucky in the U.S. Markets were nearby, and I appreciated being able to make coffee and cook simple meals in the reasonably accommodating kitchen.The bed is a fold-out couch, as pictured on the website, and I had no problem sleeping on it. I’m 5’8” and had enough space to do yoga. I also enjoyed the low, charming ceilings and the unique interior steps, though they are something to be aware of if getting up during the night. The bathroom water pressure was fine, and communication with the owner was easy, with prompt replies.I’m not a night person, but even with the active neighborhood, I managed to sleep reasonably well during my ten-day exploration of Rome. Overall, I found the apartment comfortable, convenient, and full of character.

Stayed here with my mother for 3 nights. The location was perfect-within walking distance of all of the major attractions in Rome. Having the second half bath downstairs is nice as it allows more space to get ready. There are steps to the bedroom upstairs but they are manageable. The sofa downstairs has a fold out bed convenient for not having to climb stairs to use bathroom at night. The loft was equipped with everything you would need for preparing meals. Many restaurants near by and a grocery store not far away (within walking). We did have trouble the first morning with the hot water situation. Someone had turned the heater off outside the room. It was a simple quick fix; I called Roberto and he was there within a few minutes to fix the situation. 10 out of 10! Would stay here again!

In the center of Imperial Rome

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Quiet because your door opens into a courtyard. Comfy, not a lot of natural light but it’s a excellent spot to take off from.

Roberto was a fantastic host. Great communication and easily accessible. Loft was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids (9 & 12). Good amenities, fridge, washer, microwave etc. location was less than a minute from Piazza Navona, 5-7 mins walk to Pantheon, 15 mins from Trevi Fountain, 30 min walk from Colosseum. Plenty of great restaurants nearby.

The loft was so cute and perfect! Right in the middle of the city next to a main plaza for lots of activities and entertainment, yet quiet and comfortable inside. It had a washer (no dryer), access to fridge/cooking and two cute bathrooms. It also came with AC if we were hot. The host was so nice and willing to help with any questions including transportation

Très bien situé, Très confortable, un cachet unique. Des petits détails sur la propreté comme le rideau de douche qui est vraiment dû pour être lavé ou changé. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très beau séjour. Nous étions à moins de 10 minutes de marche de tout.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé au cœur du centre historique de Rome et tout est proche dans un environnement fort agréable. Deux lits seraient un plus, mais Roberto et l'accueil et les détails ( cahier des ressources, café, vaisselle, etc..) sont parfaits et très utiles ( meilleurs restaurants non touristiques, etc..)
